No, our beams are designed for use in compression and have two lifting points at either end of the beam.
As standard our fixings and split pins (R Pins) are mild steel, which is detailed within our product User Instructions. Alternative materials can be specified to meet more specific requirements e.g. low temperature. However, stainless steel fixings are not offered, as they lack the strength and integrity required for lifting in relation to our products. Visit our Fastenings page for more information.

No, the Spreader Beams have to be used in accordance with Modulift user instructions.

The maximum number of struts that can be used are 5 with two end units. The MOD 110 and MOD 110H are the only Modulift Spreader Beams that allows the use of 6 struts.
