How Do We Recruit

There’s a great deal of variety in the career opportunities available at Modulift, with roles in; Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Sales, New Business Development, Marketing and the Warehouse. These are all fantastic opportunities for all kinds of unique skill-sets and expertise. Whichever role is right for you, we’re always looking for passion, talent and a great personality.

The process we will take you through:

1. Online Application

You’ll find it really simple to apply for our career opportunities online, all we need you to do at this stage is send us an up to date CV and supporting Covering Letter. 2. Pre-Selection

Depending on the kind of role you’ve applied for, this next stage might be slightly different. For the candidates who meet the role requirements and criteria, we could ask you to simply have a chat with us about your experience over the phone and/or come in to the offices to complete an assessment or test.

3. Interview

If you’ve been successful at the Pre-Selection Stage, we’ll invite you to come along and meet the team, so we can talk through your application in a bit more detail and interview you for the position. Following interviews shortlisting will then take place for the job offer(s).

4. Job Offer

If we feel you’re a match for Modulift and you feel the same way about us, this is the exciting part where we offer you the job! All that needs to happen then is for us to plan your in-depth induction and agree your start date, along with the usual referencing activity. And, don’t forget at any of these stages our HR team are available to give you any help or advice you need.

5. Then you'll join our team

And here are a few of the people you'll get to work with - from Internal Sales to our Warehouse, right through to our Factory Specialists.
