Quality Policy

Our mission is to globally deliver our expertise through innovative designs of quality products and customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring a safe lifting and working environment for all.

We are fully committed to develop and supply high quality lifting products and product ranges which fully meet with the needs and expectations of our customers and relevant interested parties, applicable lifting specifics of the EC Machinery Directive and relevant work environments in ALL INSTANCES.

The reliability of both our custom lifting products and standard product ranges is a critical aspect of this. Hence we will always ensure they are suitably manufactured with known and proven materials, that are traceable to the source of supply, following effective and efficient manufacturing practices and controls.

To support this we have determined a number of Quality Objectives which provide a framework by which we can and will measure our performance and that of the manufacturing sources we employ; to ensure this policy is realized in practice. These objectives and targets are publicised and communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the organisation.

To ensure that these objectives are achieved the company operates a comprehensive Integrated Business Management System [BMS] which contains relevant controls and monitoring on all business and quality specific activities to ensure we do design, get manufactured and subsequently supply reliable lifting products and product ranges, ensuring that we comply with relevant requirements and continually improve both our BMS and our operational effectiveness.

Quality management for us is reinforced by a total commitment to sustained and Continual Improvement stemming from the Board. Quality Products and Services are a primary focus of the company management and standards will never be sacrificed for expediency. The Board and Senior Management will ensure that there is a continuing investment for the development of a Quality Culture by the provision of sufficient and appropriate resources.

Particular attention is paid to developing the skills and capabilities of all personnel enabling them to work to their full potential.

We also undertake to comply with all relevant statutory and legislative requirements applicable to us and periodically to evaluate compliance with the same as an input to management review.

Our Quality Management System is focused to comply with the requirements of: BS EN ISO 9001

This policy is displayed on our company website, with a signed copy available to interested parties upon request.

This policy is fully communicated internally, supported by internal training programmes. All employee’s understand, are conversant with and actively support its intentions. If anyone has any concerns relating to quality, at any time, they are immediately encouraged to raise them directly with the designated management representative [QuEnSh Manager], who reports to the Board of Directors.
